What used to be a redundant industrial site, has turned into a set of high-quality homes, completely transforming the area.

The main contractor DRG, installed alwitra^®’s EVALON^® VSK across the pitched roof with standing seam detail that covered an area of 1300m sq. Fascias and Soffits were also installed and provided by ICB Fabrications.

The idea behind this project was to turn, what used to be a redundant industrial site, into a set of high-quality homes and completely transforming the area. ICB was approached to produce a watertight solution for each building. alwitra^® EVALON^® VSK, the self-adhered membrane with standing seam detail, was chosen because of its flexibility and ease of installation on the pitched roofs. ICB also provided bespoke fascias and soffits to complete the final look.
